the reason it is worth buying a failed company is because of the tax losses. RSFF had lots of losses before being shut down. That will give the new company the ability to make some profits and pay zero taxes on those profits, as the tax loss carry forward stays with the company even through the name change.

I'm glad someone finally bought this shell. I own a lOT of shares, and bought them MUCH MUCH higher than this. I'll never get back to even, but at least maybe I'll get a little something for the almost mil I put in RSFF!
