He is out of town. I tried sending an e-mail and got an out of office reply saying he would be back "next Friday", which is tomorrow.

The toxic financing was a necessary step to get out of debt (I assume?) and to finance whatever is going on.

The Twitter says D-20 production in February, and people here are expecting good news and a run to 0.02 on Feb. 1st.

If this turns out, I think it will be Q2 before we see any real moves in the SP. I've waited a long time for this, I might as well wait some more...
