You are right on about the normal timeframe Valiant...
From what I gather, they are further along then we realize and have been approached before these new tweets.
I've been involved with EPGL for over 3 years. Even back when Michael Hayes was just a large shareholder here.
So I would welcome a surprise like this as well!!!
