I have spoke to the company and this law suite will be resolved and it is being put to bed. He said its not an issue and also he told me the big news is getting closer and he cannot wait to personally share with me. He said I am going to personally loose my mind. I cannot actually wait. He gave no date but said its going to be very soon now. He said that this is very exciting times for the company. So I thought I would post the update I have on these matters.
