UPDATE FROM CEO:

CEO Jose Quiros informed me that they have received a series of questions that many need answered. I was told that STLK will be issuing a public filing to at least get some of these questions/items addressed likely Friday, but maybe until Monday after the election results. Hopefully this will be help us investors get a clearer picture of what is transpiring.

I was also told that STLK will be issuing a separate public supplementary filing ASAP regarding shareholders contacting the PPA Buyer, or the Buyer's parent company, without authorization, that is possibly very damaging in getting this PPA signed and finally completed.
