This question has been asked a few times. Chances are in an acquisition deal it would either go one of two ways most likely:

1) Some multiple of PPS at the time of acquisition 2, 3, 4 times PPS (cash out)
2) or, conversion of our stock to acquiring companies stock. So if we are trading at $2 and acquiring company is trading at $20, 10 Titan shares yields you 1 share of acquiring company.
