Charting Question...Super long wicks? is it a glitch as some folks have stated to me or what? It happened on FITX today during the minute of 9:44am. The low of the day shows .0059 BUT I do not see any trades below .058 during that minute reading the TAPE.

Any enlightenment is appreciated!
