300 million does budge it (ya 50%) watch tomorrow. Company has purposely proposed to sell a ton of shares in this range .005 - .008...Its been par for the course for 2 weeks...Will continue to be until

1 - company has diluted all share needed to run business.

2 - major significant new is release and longs hold for the gold.

until then it is a flippers paradise...
