***EDIT*** Leaving my original intact but correcting myself here... That Juarez news from 2008 was projected at 200 Million dollars for the duration of the contract...
BELOW IS FROM 2008, NOT NOW
GEC’s joint venture partner, Huma-Clean, has secured a contract with Mexico to remediate over eight million cubic yards of polluted sludge from waste water treatment facilities in the Juarez area. According to Mickey Cox, President of Huma-Clean, “This sale only represents 60,000 cubic yards of our Organic Gourmet Soil and Organic Soil Plus products. Based on this site’s available quantities, we’re projecting total sales from this site will exceed $200 million. It’ll probably take another few years to process this site, but we’re already working on contracts for additional projects that will produce three or four times more Organic Gourmet Soil than what is currently in Juarez. It will be a matter of scaling-up our soil production to meet the demand.”
