IF you are worried about OS that should not be your worries.

Most of the Nasdaq companies have 5-10 billion OS shares.

Big oil companies such as Exxon/Mobil, Chevron , BP have 3-5 shares OS.

And a hot penny stock with price on the rise is FITX and they have 3.5 billion OS.

So maybe there are reasons to question Petron, but OS should not be one of them.
