here is how I see it,....a stock does not sit at the bottom for almost a year, with almost ZERO volume, to suddenly wake up, and start trading hundreds of millions of share for no reason. I think there is something huge going on, and if I were interested in buying up a company, I would buy as many shares in the open market, on the cheap, as quick as I could. Why?,...because that way when I did buyout said company, at say 2.00 a share, instead of having to pay for 4 billion shares, I would only have to pay for 1 billion shares, beacause I had already bought up 3 billion in the open market. Yeah,....that's the way "I" would do it if I were interested in buying a company that was involved in the hottest sector going right now, and was involved in a part of the sector that would only benefit from gov. regulation, i.e., testing said product to make sure it falls within FDA guidelines.....JUST SAYING.

GO RIGH,.....big things happening here,...even making some people pull their hair out!!! LOL!!!!!!
