A supposed "PR" about a deal is posted on FB, under the company's name, but yet is now yanked, and supposedly was never posted by them at all?
The screenshot 0001 posted looked pretty legitimate to me that it was posted by their company. So his explanation was pretty questionable.
Did it get posted by them in an effort to sell shares, and then mysteriously vanish when work was done?
If it was by an individual, I'm sure there's a way for FB to be subpoenaed to find out who posted it and from where, should the SEC wish to figure out how it came to be, and if it was related to trading activity today.
Yet again, a "press release" via FB that existed only there...it's no wonder Integral submitted his complaint directly to the SEC.
