First, no matter what content is out there, NO company can stream 4K under 15mpbs. Except NTEK - as low as 6mbps.
Currently, Netflix customers are struggling to get reliable 1080p and even 720p HD streams, especially during peak hours. Our own rudimentary test of Netflix streaming indicates the issue likely resides with Netflix’s servers. However, it has been noted in the past that some ISPs may be intentionally slowing down high bit-rate traffic from sites like Netflix. No matter which is to blame, the issue remains: If steady 1080p streams are unreliable, then Ultra HD streaming is little more than a pipe dream. Never mind whether the Internet infrastructure is ready, it’s the politics between ISP’s and streaming media companies that need to be sorted out.

Secondly, also regardless of who has what content, you need a device (built in or set top) that can actually stream the content.
Want 4K content? Don't bother looking to the PlayStation 4 or Xbox One
MAY ON 4K Next gen consoles just don't have the chops for Ultra HD
Give me a device that can stream native 4k as low as 6mbps, and doesn't cost more than $299? Only one out there is made by ---- NTEK.
Third, when UltraFlix releases Sunday, regardless of the content, it will be the world leader in 4k content. People are going to love the moving murals (and other channels) to enjoy on their UHD panels and I'll also guarantee you this, if they spent $5000 or more on their shiny new 4K tv, they're not going to flinch about the $299 NP-1 because it will be the ONLY device out there that gives you access to the LARGEST 4K content library currently available in the world. That's not to say it will be the largest library available in the future, but remember that the Netflix's, Amazons, etc. currently need the NP-1 to display their content.
Lastly, while NP-1 owners are home happily streaming 4K at the lowest bandwidths in the industry, remember they will also be enjoying ALL of the other Netflix, Amazon, etc 4K content streaming at an exclusively low bandwidth on their Nuvola streaming device.
Want 4K content? - you need a Nuvola. Who has the largest 4K library in the world? Currently NTEK.
"well, um, what about Netflix and Amazon, they'll easily eclipse UltraFlix in content, and content people will actually want to watch"...
exaaaactly, go get an NP-1 and start enjoying the content.
NTEK. Big picture folks.
"The NP-1 is fully capable of HEVC (H.265) in 4K....Any claims that the Tegra 4 cannot do this is just uninformed nonsense...Anyone telling you different is simply spreading misinformation to further an agenda of misinformation." David Foley - 1/10/14
