Off coarse not, Z. What Steve has meant is that this would be a material info and until Destiny will post a public update, he cannot disclose such info to any individual via private email.

The only thing he has added this morning that THERE IS NO BUSINESS REASON FOR THE SHARE TO GO DOWN. So my read is that everything is going well.

I've stressed to him that the shareholders need to get an update.
As we already know he is presenting today to the institutions in the West Coast.
