We are going to be fine here. IMO there must be a minor delay with the flux capacitor. The Oct. 23rd PR mentioned a Technology provider.

The following is all public information accessed on the Internet, lets do some DD!- OK people, while we wait on KMAG to do its thing, here are some parts of this puzzle to try and connect the dots-

"a guy on the yahoo board claims that his brother works for a RFID company in ohio that is being merged with KMAG and the new name will be LiveTrack. it's also rumored that Scott Dixon is back on board with KMAG. If you go to Scott Dixon's linkedin page, he lists LiveTrack as a current employer. In the LiveTrack description it says that they use SmartShelf ORC Defense systems, and WAve antenna from NeWave Sensor Solutions... If you google search NeWave Sensor Solutions, you will find that they are an RFID company located in Ohio. If you go to Joe Ryan's(the CEO of NeWave) linkedin page, you will find that he and Scott Dixon worked together at Sensormatic for 20 years.... I'm not saying yay or nay, but I do see a possibility of things getting real interesting around kmagville if any of this is true and comes to fruition."

NeWave Sensor Solutions has made a major technology advancement with the use of our unique WAVE™ Antenna, which provides retailers the ability to continuously monitor for merchandise availability at the shelf level. In simple terms, when an item leaves the shelf, our "Smart Shelf" sees it. Based on criteria set by the retailer for low inventory limits, the "Smart Shelf" software signals an alert that can be sent to store managers, local and regional loss prevention personnel, and/or law enforcement as well as trigger an audio alarm message and a video capture alert within the store. We are making it easy to get real time in or out of stock shelf information available anytime to any authorized person or group.

NeWave™ was founded in 2009 by Dr. Den Burnside, Former Director ElectroScience Laboratory (ESL) and Emeritus Professor at The Ohio State University. The company was uniquely based on the technical expertise coming from the ElectroScience Laboratory. In fact, NeWave™’s unique Wave™ antennas were created at the ESL by Dr. Burnside and his colleague, Dr, Burkholder. Dr. Burkholder is also a share holder in NeWave. The development of this Wave™ antenna was supported by Wistron NeWeb Corporation (WNC). As such, WNC contractually acquired a 50% interest in the patent rights associated with the antenna. Once WNC examined the Wave™ antennas in detail, they decided to acquire the full patent rights and decided to fund NeWave to acquire an equity position in NeWave. Under this investment plan, NeWave acquired the full rights to sell all the NWC products globally minus Asia. NWC was obviously a better fit to see our joint products in Asia. In exchange for these rights, WNC has exclusive rights to manufacture the NeWave™ products. In 2010, NeWave established its Innovation Center in Plain City ,Ohio
