OG from history you might get disappointed.Mario was notorious for not puting out PR releases on time or not at all."IF" he does today about the stock swap,I am wondering just what the lingo will say.Like Buffalo said could those shares be restricted.Yes they could & being a pink sheet stock means nothing.What it really means is that CEOS are not required to report financial results & certainly not to the SEC.This is why the real fly by night stocks list on the pinks & those CEOs are in the business of selling shares,from their printing presses, to very naive share holders or should I say BAG HOLDERS!!!
