I disagree "gman22". EPGL said they would restructure and bring the stock back to trading and THAT HAPPENED. EPGL said they would become OTC Current Information and THAT HAPPENED. EPGL said they would open the trading restriction from DTC and THAT HAPPENED. I could go on.

EPGL announces advanced technology and now is apparently busy developing these technologies.
