You hit it dead on. I couldn't agree more. I can't count how many times where some kind of news came out and people were expecting a stock to increase greatly. I think the biggest win with this news is just being able to move on. I also think news was being held up until the case was settled. Now that it's pretty much settled, we could expect huge news any day now. I think whatever that news might be is what really cause this stock to run. In my experience with penny stocks, they run when you at least expect it (probably mostly due to "Big Money" people getting leak of news before the average person does).
