I have not seen anything
that would indicate that the LOI between phot and STBV has expired or been terminated. Remember, this is a sub-penny stock at the moment, it can hardly get any cheaper unless they give them away! That won't happen. The potential for this stock to go ballistic, at the very mention that it is connected to the mj industry, is very real.
