You should always, always, always use a limit order.
Just set it at a price that will get executed.
Selling fast is not a good idea for a knee-jerk reaction though. Panic selling and selling into weakness is the worst way to trade.
Think of all the suckers who dumped ERBB at .012 today. Think of all the suckers that panic sold in 2008-2009.
