I can assure you that I have followed more than enough of these to see the writing on the wall. When a Company makes statements about $100m orders and doesn't back it up with specifics or an 8-K filing, it sends on the warning lights.
This my friend has a very real chance of a suspension. When you get 141 million shares trading in a day when the total float of the company is around 315 million it does attract attention. And I know that the same blocks of shares are moving around but it also tells me that the insiders are more than happy to pass off the shares to anyone that wants them because they know the true value of the Company. And when the world comes crashing down on this "bellwether" it will go well into the sub pennies.
