Really? And what experience is this based on? When you are dealing with a ton of money, and Intellectual Property, what makes you think that "it shouldn't take this long?"

You see "NO REASON"? Why would any of us be privy to the reasons why the negotiations, meetings, BOD approvals etc... take however long they take...???
