Scalping 101 buy on the bid and sell on the ask; 1 Million @ .002 is 200.00 and sell on the ask = 1 million @ .0003 = 300.00 = 100 in your pocket. At this low not a lot of risk. So high volume which would make you think the stock is on fire but really it is just scalping across the bid and the ask. That is why you see the sacrifice guy put the 100 dollar bid in on L2 he has an account that does not charge him a fee.
