So, if ENTI merges with Hudson/Grande they become the HOLDING COMPANY! And they have even MORE control over: Central Wireless, Real American Capital Corporation (US.RLAB.PK), Apple Rush Company, Inc. (US.APRU.PK), Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (US.HFBG.PK), Oncology Medical, Inc. (US.ONCO.PK), First Intercity Bancsystems, Inc. and every other company that is going to be brought into all of this!

Now if you noticed the PR about the acquisition of CWIR...it was under ENTI and not CWIR? Hmmmmmm....why was that?

So, ENTI not only has control over ALL OF THE PROPERTY of thoses companies...ENTI also has all of the 'rights' that come with being a holding company.

This is why the size of that R/S MUST BE REDUCED BY A LOT! It simply can't be 1,000-1. ENTI can still rise from the ashes like many of these others are doing now. In fact it should be leading the pack because it does and WILL control all of the others.
