I found this interesting. Here is what was in the press release.

"The Company intends to install this line of equipment to serve the national highway system across Sri Lanka."

It sounds like they will get an order with the Sri Lanka highway systems before they get the order of $200 million from the Dept. of Fisheries.

Great news. vper is way undervalued at these levels and should be in the pennies soon.
