You miss the entire picture....Integrity....Without it, PEII is not worthy of anybody's trust. I hold a fairly significant number of shares so , bit me. I expect integrity and honesty, period. Everyday, all the time, not just when Smith gets caught with his hands twiddling in his pocket.
