I've searched and haven't been able to get an answer to the question of a requirement on disclosure of the
Preferred shares investor. I've asked several co-workers and its reported as purchased. Disclosure would follow this transaction. It's possible that the shares are designated through sec authorization. My point is we might not know until the shares are paid for. Intent and execution are factored in here. The material event is not material until the funds are on the books of the seller. Willing to listen .....
