Welcome to the board Multi. Yea TDA has restrictions on trading stock with the chill restriction. I use Scottrade and I'm able to freely trade these securities. I believe E-trade allows trading these as well. The CEO is already trying to get the chill rescinded but it could take a couple months. If you have any other brokerage accounts thru other brokers you may want to give that a shot. This stock is really thin and accumulating now for the next move up.
