That's why I want to know the details of the private placement. It is good to hear that many board members are getting paid with shares and the CEO is heavily invested in shares.

I think this is one of the good ones as far as OTC stocks go with shareholders interest.

I can guarantee if the MSJ is denied every shareholder will make exceptional gains even if the company wants to do a shady reverse split.

Got rid of some shares today and will buy back tmw in the .13's-.14's
