Trader, What do you mean "guide"?
Based on news of sales as of late, I'd say the 1st quarter is not going to be as bad as they think. The new regime is always claiming "the sky is falling", "doom and gloom", "not so good looking forward", etc. in their financials - and for good reason I believe. It makes them look more credible and transparent. All good things for an up listing.

I particular liked the outlook and predictions for the future near the end of the report.
