HRCT ist bei der SEC Wiederholungstäter, was bestimmt nicht gerade förderlich für eine positive Entwicklung ist. Andererseits geht es "nur" um ein nicht korrektes filing aus dem Jahr 2003. Dafür kann die SEC doch nicht ernsthaft HRCT den Saft abdrehen!?! Aber das sich diese Sache so lange streckt, gefällt mir ganz und gar nicht...!

März an die Nasdaq könnte knapp werden...
