And that matters how?

CGFI is an SEC registrant. OTCMarkets is a for-profit PR company. Nothing that Pink Sheets says has any meaning whatsoever. It is all for show.

The only thing that matters is what they file with the SEC, as that has legal and regulatory authority. OTCMarkets just shills for paying customers who pay them to post information on their website.
