Yes, at this time that is the situation.

You have to be licensed to sell MJ. ERBB can only provide dispensing of the product, according to Peter. I am not privy to their business plan, so I can't say for sure exactly what products they can or will vend in the future. Just having machines all over the country and raking in commissions/processing fees will be a huge moneymaking business.

Also, remember that these machines are being set up to accept Bitcoin. They are the only vending machines to be doing this.
