Context Mr. Dean. Let's avoid the cherry picking and include his TA discussion.

Things should be getting increasingly interesting the next couple of days as rumors are perking up about finalization of the JV. Obviously we've been here many times before and I'm personally exercising a great deal of caution as far as getting hopes up. However, the pickup in trading volume, the large blocks swimming just below the bid for the last week or so and the increased upside pressure and looming technical breakout from .06 all have my interest piqued more so than in recent times.

From a technical standpoint, I'm noting that the 200 day moving average turned positive (i.e. ascending) yesterday for the first time since November 2012. It is currently at .049. In addition, all of the major moving averages (10, 20, 100, 200) are all ascending, and other than the 20 MA currently below the 100 MA, they are all lined up in order. The 20MA should cross up through the 100MA in the next couple of days if we maintain the current price level. When all the major moving averages are ascending and in order, that is generally indicative of a strong positive uptrend.
