It has been obvious from the increase in positive posts made
by NBRI's cheer leaders that sales of cheap shares are slow. The PPS may be effected, too. These are critical times for CEO Leopold who has served the Company and the shareholders well, but momentum
has disappeared over the last two years with all the delays. Darn shame, too. . . . .JOHO
