Ok now onto the self promoter Sykes. Boy oh boy are you full of yourself. Yes you do make some good calls and im sure you make some bad ones..or are you ALWAYS right.
Your facts as you quote them are misleading and had you properly read the filings you would see that management owns those shares for putting the business into the public vehicle(or maybe they should work for free) they received the equity. This company is a real company with a real business plan and real sophisticated management behind it and now real sophisticated investors who id their homework (unlike you who make crap up or spin a story). for you to scream the crap which is mostly false and try and scare people so you can scalp a few dollars is wrong. if you are so sure this is a bad company why are you not shorting more here. I would likely guess you covered already.
