This post is a very accurate synopsis of what is possible. All positive news may lead to increases in the p/s, but results of the Mirror Phase 3 (pivotal) trial will be what changes the landscape for good. 12 month enrollment was predicted to be complete by this July...3 month data available in Oct...6 month data by year's end. Primary end points for FDA BLA license are 3-6 month safety/efficacy and secondary for hospitalization reductions, EF and ventricular wall-remodeling changes at a year. All eyes should be on Mirror data...and then let the games begin!
