Research for possible NTEK/Amazon partnership IMO.

My research leads me to believe this partnership could happen. Each of these items can be proven.

•Amazon’s set top box delays line up with NTEK’s delays. (oct, Christmas, after first of year)

•NTEK has aligned itself with Amazon’s manufacturing and shipping partners Foxconn and Ingram Micro. Many people have asked why these companies would partner with such a small company. Tooling costs alone would have stopped Foxconn unless they knew there was big backing for it.

•NTEK Opens R&D in Boston for Apps in close proximity to Amazon’s software R&D facility. Amazon’s box is said to be app based. Why else would NTEK go to Boston? At the same time Amazon put out a call for third parties to develope apps for them.

•Amazon stated in interviews its box will also be a gaming box.

•Amazon stated in interviews that its box will work internationally; no one else is making this claim except NTEK.

•Amazon and NTEK both stated they are partners with Warner Bros., Lionsgate, 20th Century Fox, and Discovery.

•Amazon for the first time said their box would be 4k @ CES. Only after NTEK demonstrated it works.

•Amazon has no picture of their box and has completely kept it hidden.

•NTEK has never shown it’s final packaging of the NP-1, ever!

•Jan 30 Amazon is rumored to reveal their set top box.

•NTEK says they will launch Ultraflix Super Bowl Sunday.
