waiting this out is super aggravating

it is going to be a long-term buy for me, as construction has yet to begin.. hoping to catch it sub .01 come Friday, take a load, and chill out on watching her so closely.

as a Savannahian, the local press and area at large are buzzing about this enterprise. It is being likened to Gulfstream in terms of local job opportunities and regional capital. I want to get on board at the most opportune time, as my own investment capital is pretty nominal at present.

as the project comes to fruition (film releases, actual construction, future plans, etc.), I am hoping it can regain its $2-3 pinnacle.
