OG you really should do deep DD from the posts on the RB SPWP board.Newport pumped the pizz out of that stock & then disappeared.Here he is back at the same old game.He was one of Marios lenders & this is why he is in bed here.Now,start looking at this subject in real terms.Where will Mario get the money to first convert all those shares to .02C?.I can't stop laughing.Second,according to Mario he spent,if you would believe it,countless thousands in court costs to fight Walter Davis.Now he wants to create another shell & fill it with numerous products.How does he do this if he is almost taped out.With his track record I'd strongly doubt he can get money the old fashion way thru conventional lenders,for operational needs.Yes he has 110mm shares he can sell & then of course ,as the need arises or not sell more & then more shares,LOL.hope this helps
