I like your theory zoro and agree; there haven't been financial specifics for years just the words "profitable". If your theory is true of "using there own shares and then repaid back" then it definitely goes against all promises of no dilution. "Privately funded acquistions" would be a truthful PR'd statement based on this theory as well. It will definitely be a day of reckoning for many ex-shareholders and current shareholders when the numbers finally come out. This story has been going on and on and on for too long now. I am waiting for .007 or better and/or all the milestones met. Either way I am holding on and if all the milestones are met will hold for possibly years based on their product, DOT, Semco, and at that point, managements renew'd credibility.
