Yep ! agree with you there but feel bad for the novice investors. Has been some sloppy work though in a few areas.

As far as " more companies " doing it this way I think there's a chance your actually going to see far less if Mary Jo White gets her way. The Govt. is going to have to crack down hard eventually with too many other factions making big money to finance their agendas and I'm not just referring to the everyday domestic pumper/dumpers here.
