The previous filings didn't mention a executives pay cut: they mentioned a pay deferral.

Not the same animal.

The Company has instituted a plan of salary deferrals and has signed an agreement with a lender to provide the Company with cash to cover its monthly operating cash-flow shortfall and marketing money until December 31, 2013.



Instead of borrowing by issuing debentures to pay its executives big salaries, the company will owe them some back pay.

That's not a long-term solution.
