It would be nice if the SEC would give routine updates as to the status or proceedings of all the stocks they have suspended, but the don't as they feel the suspension of that stock was WARNING enough!
Jeff or Duncan is however free to comment, but he does not. Why? Probably advice from his lawyers to not dig the grave any deeper and this gives him time to pump and dump 300mm or more shares of his other public SCAM if he can before further SEC action is taken.
