Then you need to do some more research. I have already posted on two stocks I've owned that did a reverse split and it worked out great for the share holder TCX and EVOL. Both of these reverse split for a NASDAQ listing similar to DSNY. The only reverse split that I am aware of where the company stayed in the OTCBB and did not drop back after the split is MARA. If the company has a good business plan with a good product, run by good management, than I do not fear the split. DSNY (IMHO) has those qualifications and with succeed after the slit and up listing.
