Sounds good. OEM agreements are nice, but sales are what they really need. I'm hoping they'll start to report some income from 1st detect, since they've put a lot of R&D money into it over the years.

It's a little annoying that Mr. Pickens gave himself 11% of 1st detect (as well as 16% of Astrogenix). The State of Texas also has an option to buy a portion of 1st detect (though it's unclear to me what % they'll end up owning - perhaps you have looked into this).
