Marvy - with a 3/10 ADCOM - I would think it may also be an offering. A couple of others on another board suggested that to me yesterday and until they got me looking, I had disregarded that as a cause.

I found they seem to be burning about $40M + or - a quarter, and they showed me where there is about 458M in long and short term debt. They sourced Yahoo and Etrade links for it; while Finviz site, which I normally use, showed $0 debt and Morningstar did not reflect it either that I could see anyway.

Finviz says they have roughly $90M+ OH and that is only enough for 2 quarters, the way I was looking at it. So perhaps they are going to have an offering shortly and that has leaked. That leak is common and makes the stock fall off a cliff many times.

In any case I baled out <17%> in one day AH, as a result. In yesterday a.m.@ 6.45 and out AH @ 5.35 - I don't want to HOPE, that is not a sound investment strategy that I am fond of. If they have an offering then the dust settles fast within a week, so I will wait to reenter.
