Black channel,

Much has been made about how we will mine the Black channel. Some think we will mine for months and months without finding good profitable gold. Some point to the recent RGI Form 10 that states RGI doesn't expect to be profitable during the first 12 months as proof we won't find much gold.

2 points about that Form 10 nonsense:

1) RGI has to pay back NBRI all the money they spent developing the Ruby before RGI can collect profits.

2) Most new companies post they don't intend to be profitable during the first year when there is any question at all. They are obviously reducing expectations so we don't get shareholder lawsuits by setting expectations to high.

Gary Clifton will have the Black channel mapped out to the point where we will sample only the most promising areas first. By following his layout we won't spend months and months digging an area with little gold. We will perform small samples until we find one of Ruby's "spectacular deposits of gold" and then we will move in mine the heck out of it.

The White channel may have some nice gold, but there is no maybe about the Black channel.
