Wow - just wow! That is either true and is a disclosure of material non-public inside information regarding NTEK and a breach of Regulation FD or it's a lie and is outright overt securities fraud and stock manipulation.
Well, while David Foley is in Federal prison trying to keep the black dudes from stealing his shower slippers, the FBI will find out which of those two options his post on iHub re: NTEK was. Either way, the SEC and/or FBI will be sending him some mail in prison, and perhaps a visit to break up the monotony. Fortunately, that visit will not be debited from his visiting hours allotment, as it is official government legal enforcement business.
Fortunately, all these posts of his and Twitter feeds have been printed out and will be provided in compiled form with explanations of relevance and a long cover letter to a few pivotal folks in the SEC, the DOJ (with a cc: to Melinda Haag and Richard Cheng), and FINRA. And as he is an employee and thus agent of NTEK, the corporation may be liable for his statements as well!
He won't be bored in prison. That's for sure. Plus he'll be having chuckling chats with the IRS and Franchise Tax Board. Between that and his prison job, he will barely have time to eat and shower.
