I am simply suggesting that Management owes it to it's
shareholders to release details on some Gift deals prior
to the vote, so we have an idea what the ROI may be.

Not only would this give shareholders confidence to say yes
to the a/s raise, but give the Market reason here not to
shy away from investing here prior to the vote.

There is no reason why TRT# is at .43 and PHOT is at .25

This seems like a reasonable position.
